Trauma Informed Support Group

Introducing the a trauma informed support group that meets Thursdays at 2:00 pm. Individual with a history of chronic trauma (Complex PTSD) have a difficult time navigating their healing process for a good reason. Often times individual therapy alone is not enough. The trauma informed support group will share current interventions, tools and theories related to trauma. In addition, signs and symptoms that can let you know you are experiencing PTSD.

Yoga For Mental Health

Introducing the Yoga for Mental Health series with a focus on trauma. The class will include demonstration of yoga poses and share how each pose is related to mental health. Breath work will be incorporated and the class will allow to time to take note of the experience and develop mind body awareness.
