Shortly before attending Trusting Konnections my anger was just too much to manage and properly compartmentalize. The first few meetings I didn't notice much but as time passed and I kept attending, I started to realize a couple of things. First was the fact that my anger has a ton of components that I need to be aware of and maintain. Second is the fact that outside factors can make your emotions and feelings be felt way more intensely when you are hungry, thirsty, tired, or groggy, ect. With the third and final thing, it's a major take away from this for me is that I can choose what to react to and how I react to it, thinking about outcomes helps me to determine the best approach for the most beneficial outcome on my end.
