
Yoga For Mental Health
Yoga has long been known for its healing abilities and most recently it has been identified as a significant adjunct treatment modality for mental health. The purpose of this group is to experience yoga while attending individual therapy. Studies show the combination of both not only is more efficient for the healing process; it also improves mental health outcomes.
